Benefits of the Scholarship
The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarships encompass the costs of tuition, books, incidental fees, and comprehensive residential support for a duration of four years. These scholarships are applicable exclusively to first-entry undergraduate programs at the University of Toronto. Annually, around 37 students will be designated as Lester B. Pearson Scholars.
To qualify for the Pearson International Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
- You should be an international student, meaning you are not a Canadian citizen and require a study permit.
- You must either be in your last year of secondary school or have graduated after June.
- You should commence your studies at the University of Toronto in September. Please note that students currently enrolled in post-secondary education or those starting their studies at another post-secondary institution in January cannot be considered for this scholarship.
